(3) After warming up, the green light is on; the red digital tube
shows the current concentration: *0.0, the detector enters normal
monitoring state.
(4) Use and setting of detector functions:
â‘ System
self-test: In normal monitoring state, press K1 key shortly; the
detector starts self-test; the green, yellow and red lights run in
a cycle, then the three lights are off; the detector informs
self-test results: “master, the system self-test is normal”,
subsequently the detector enters normal monitoring state.
â‘¡ Query of alarm peak
record: there are totally 8 alarm peak records, in normal
monitoring state, press K2 key shortly; the detector will query
alarm peak record from back to forward and broadcast query results

normal monitoring state, press K3 shortly and the detector will
display query results:
“The agent is #############
Company.”
â‘£ Display of zero
clearing: in normal monitoring state, press K2 key for a long time
in recommended zero clearing before gas test; since the impacts of
battery voltage change, temperature change and other factors will
result in concentration display deviations.
⑤ Setting of
concentration unit: in normal monitoring state, press K1 key for a
long time and the concentration unit of KPPM and LEL will
automatically exchange; after exchange, the detector will display
the exchange result of concentration unit: “the current
concentration unit is set as: KPPM (% LEL).
At the same time, the KPPM
(%LEL) subtitle showing concentration unit lights; when the set
concentration unit changes, then for the concentration display and
voice broadcast, the changed concentration unit shall prevail.
- Setting of alarming point:
A: In normal monitoring state, press K3 key for a long time; after
the speaker ticks for two times,
“the detector broadcasts current
alarm point
”, with the
display on the screen, then the detector enters the setting of alarm

alarm state, then you can disconnect the power and then reconnect;
in warm-up state, press K
3 for along time, after the warm-up
voice prompts, directly enter the alarm concentration setting, and
the methods are as above.
Note: conversion between concentration units:
1.0KPPM
(CH4
) = 2.0%LEL (CH4)
The setting range of concentration unit:
generally 0.**9.9 KPPM (i.e. 1.***9.8
%LEL), from the perspective
of safety, if the set value of alarm value is greater than 6.0KPPM
(i.e. *9.8%LEL), after *0 minutes, the detector will automatically
turn the alarm point as 6KPPM (or *2%LEL)
(5). Zero clearing before gas test: since battery voltage change or
temperature change and other environment factors result in display
deviation of detector concentration. Therefore, before gas test,
press K2 for about 2 seconds in the clean air, the detector ticks
twice, indicating zero clearing is complete, and digital screen
displays: 0.0 (
ï¼«ï¼°ï¼°ï¼ or
ï¼…LEL).
(6). Alarm state: if the test gas is leaking, the red digital tube
of the detector displays the current gas concentration, when the
concentration reaches the set alarm point, after the red light
flashes and the green light is off, and the speaker gives out a
harsh of sirens; the detector presents voice prompts: “the gas is
leaking.” Only when the gas concentration is decreased below the
alarm point, can the alarm gradually stop and return to normal
monitoring state.
Note: During alarming period, do not turn on or turn off any
electrical appliances to prevent has explosion caused by static
electricity or sparks. (Only when the gas leak concentration
reaches the explosive limit, could an explosion happen, the gas
explosion limit is ****0PPM; and the explosive limit of liquefied
gas LGP is ****0PPM.).
(7). Fault state: if the sensor of the detector has faults, the
yellow light starts flashing, and the red number displays as
:“Err”, the detector gives out “tick” sound and fault prompt voice
during the gap:“The sensor is in fault; please contact the agent,
and the agent is ############# Company”. During the fault period,
the detector will increase the voice prompts once, when the fault
disappears, the detector will tell in voice:“Master, the system
self-test is normal
”.
(8). Low voltage state: when the battery voltage is too low,
digital screen intermittently displays low voltage symbol: “-LO-”,
and gives out “tick” sounds and voice to remind the users of
replacing the battery in a timely manner.

natural exhaust
3. At this time, it is strictly prohibited to ignite and open any
electric products in case of explosion.
4. If it cannot rule out the cause of the accident, please notify
the gas company and ask them to send the gas professionals to
exclude the leakage faults.
5. If it is the quality problem of the alarm, please contact the
agent to check.
Note: The leakage of paint,
cosmetics, alcohol and other chemical products may cause the
detector to alarm, so these items should be far away from the
detector to reduce false alarm.
â…¦. Failure
analysis and troubleshooting
1. The intelligent voice combustible gas detector is a security
product. It is better to run continuously, do not cut off the power
and ensure that the power supply is normal. The alarm does not work
without power supply.
2. In the process of use and maintenance, if you spot any fault
phenomena, handle it in time, if you cannot handle it, contact the
agent in time.
3. After the product is put into normal operation, self-check and
gas check should be conducted regularly by the users themselves
according to their own conditions to ensure normal operation.
4. The battery with lower voltage or the temperature with a large
change and other factors all cause fault alarm or omission, as a
result, the detector should be reset in clean air before inspecting
the gas.
5. Using the detector in the forbidden environment may cause the
detector failure, including fault alarm, omission and detector
scrapping.
â…§. Maintenance
and warranty
1. Refer to the manual-installation and application.
2. Self-check and gas checks for the detector should be conducted;
inspect the test alarm and power work once a month; if you find
problems in inspection, you will contact the service provider in
time.
3. Users are neither allowed to disassemble the detectors, nor to
clean the detectors directly with chemical spray cleaner to avoid
damaging the sensor probe. If it really needs to be cleaned, the
user can inform the professional company or the proxy advisory
servicer.
