Our oil making team is responsible for edible oil making machinery and bio-diesel production line.

The products we provide include:

 

1.     Edible oil production line 

Capacity: *****0 Tons/day

Raw materials: all kinds of oil seeds, like soybean, peanut, corn, sesame, rice bran,

sunflower seed, copra, grape seed, rapeseed, castor seed, cotton seed, etc

Product can get: high quality edible oil for sale

Main equipments: pretreatment equipments series, pressers, extractors, DTDC system, filters, refinery machines, etc.

2. Bio-diesel production machine

Capacity: *****0 tons/day

Raw materials: all kinds of oil, like waste oil, waste cooking oil, plant seed oil,algal oil

advantages: clean,safe,and easy used.

Main equipments; pumps, filters, dryers, tanks, reboilers, esterification can, condensers, Distillation column, rectification tower etc

Process of edible oil production:

 

1 Pretreatment and press

 

a.cleaning: to remove the impurities

b.flaking:esay to get oil for pressing or solvent extraction

c.steaming and roasting

d,pressing: the oil residual would be less than *6%

 

the crude oil we get after pressing contain cake crump etc.removing these impurities would  reduce the oil loss in refinery and ensure the refinery machine runs well.the crude oil we get from oil press machine would go through  oil-dregs scraper, oil clarifier, filter, sent to refining workshop. The removed cake crumbs, would be sent back to oil presse machines for re-pressing.

 

 

 

 

2 Solvent extraction

 

we adopt mature rotocel extractor,DT toaster in solvent extraction,this mass production process.
 

the usual energe consume in solvent extraction workshop,**0T/D for example 

1. steam consume(6Kgf/cm2):

chemaical is better for low acid value oil,fresh crude oil.
