Description
The technology won the second prize of International Science and
Technology, which is the highest award in the field of national
coal industry science and technology.Built and put into operation
in ***8, Jizhong Energy Group Xingtai Coal Mine had production
capacity of 1.*5 million tons in ***9. After more than *0 years of
exploitation, the remaining reserves are *2.*6 million tons, and
mainly are marginal coal pillar, which becomes more and more
difficult to exploit. As the mine is located in the North China
Plain of Taihang Mountain eastern foothill, there are intensive
villages on the ground, which tying up lots of coal resources. The
safety pillars reserves of various villages and alluvial layers can
*8 million tons.
Basic plan:
Gangue (waste rock) filling process, designed by our company for
Xingtai Coal Mine, will mix the gangue and fly ash on the ground
according to a certain proportion, and put them into gangue silo
through large-diameter drilling, and convey them to working face
through belt and reversed loader, and then fill them into
worked-out section through suspension conveyor at filling bracket
rear tail boom. Besides, the bracket is installed with hydraulic
tamping mechanism, which can tamp the filling slurry and make them
form filling body with design strength, thereby achieving the goal
of supporting roof.

Technical innovation:
    The filling system has successfully
solved two technical problems: vertical and deep direct feeding,
dense filling.
    We have developed and produced the
filling preparation and conveying equipment specially used for
Xingtai Coal Mine.
Application achievement:
After adopting our filling system, more than *0 million tons of
industrial square unexploited coal reserves are liberated, the
mineshaft life is extended for *0 years, which can obtain the
economic benefits of ten billion Yuan. Meanwhile, more than **0
thousand tons of gangue and fly ash can be eliminated each year.
The filling control adopts the ground automation and control
system. Solid filling mining technology achieves the green mining
that there is no subsidence damage or gangue hill on the coal mine
ground.
