5. Machine installation and adjustment

1.  Main body installation

When using the crane, please lift the main body with a rope of adequate strength, install the adjusting bolt and fixed plate under six legs of the machine, pay attention to the balance of the body.

Please place the machine on the flat ground as per the drawing, in order to adjust the balance. Please note that the machine weight is about ***0kg, the capacity of lifting must be enough.

2.  Main body installation notes

 a. The space for machine installation must be adequate, the distance from the left, right and back side from the machine must be more than ***0mm, there must be have adequate space to place the materials.

b. There should be have cement floor for machine installation, and the thickness of the cement floor can support the weight of the body, the thickness of the cement floor must more than **0mm

  c. The machine should be put in the suitable place to avoid direct sunlight and rain.

3.  Main body level-adjustment

   After putting the machine on the right place, put a gradienter (0.*2/***0) on the surface of the machine, adjust the six adjusting bolts under the machine, If the reading of gradienter is not more than 0.1/***0 when the gradienter is in the middle and two ends of the machine, then fix the adjusting bolt.

4.  Check the diagram wire is correct or not

When the power line and grounding line has been completed, you should check if the power line is correct, the operation is as following

a. Turn on the power switch on the control panel

b. Press “manual floating saw”, the sawblade floats in the regulation area. For security, please remove the sawblade, start the saw shaft and check if the rotation of sawblade is right, as shown above is correct..

c. If the rotation direction is opposite, please exchange the position of any two phase wires.

5.Pneumatic connection.

The FRL is located at the left of the machine, connect air source to the inlet side of the FRL and adjust the pressure to 0.**0.6Mpa

6.The front and back assist working table installation

The feeding assist working tables are packed separately before shipment, after the main body is adjusted well, please connect the assist working table with main body by position pin, insert the bolt under the front of the assist working table, adjust the surface of assist working table and the table surface of main body at the same horizontal level, then lock the adjusting nut.

7.Front fence installation

Install the fence according to Fig1.1,adjust the perpendicular for the fence with the table surface, the perpendicular degree should be less than 0.1, adjust the two ends of the fence and make them tightly against the two sides of the pressure beam box and also make sure the fence surface to be at the same horizontal level with the pressure beam box. Lock the fixing bolts after adjustment.

7.1 The back automatic fence has been adjusted well and packed up separately before delivery,but Installation requires careful not randomly adjusted the fixed stud position located on the side. open the package to install the automatic fence and carefully adjust the auxiliary station both ends of the screws.Be carefully adjust the fence*2 in the picture*1.2,make  it with Pressure beam case at the same level.Meanwhile adjust the Auxiliary station*3 and Body countertops*4 at the same level,please use the level instrument during the installation.After finishing installlation,please fix the Auxiliary shelf to avoid changed. After installation is completed, carefully adjust the zero position of automatic fence.Be careful the fence forward position with the saw blade position to prevent the danger of collision during adjustment.
