Buyers can be allowed to visit the port of loading but not the refinery or factory.

The general procedures are as follows :

1.)    Buyer sends ICPO and signed contract to seller
2.)    Buyer sends the draft Letter of credit by way of a pre-advise
3.)    Seller places a 2% PB in favour of  Buyer
4.)    Buyer’s LC is activated by sellers 2%PB
5.)    Loading would be done within 3 days of the LC becoming operative
6.)    Shipment or transfer commences to be delivered within *5 days.
