We are a solutions’ provider for our customers. As a matter of fact, we have helped a few customers to convert machined and weldments parts into steel cast parts, resulting in cost-reduction, standardized mechanical properties and a better-adapted design of the part vs customer’s requirements. Moreover, the know-how and experience of our staff enable us to issue appropriate recommendations to optimize the foundry aspect in the design of the part. Also, we support them in the selection of the right alloy in-line with the targeted mechanical properties.

Our foundry is equipped with a spectrograph, a mechanical test unit and with heat treatment and quenching facility. We proceed in-house to almost all types of inspections and tests except for X-ray inspection and impact tests that are sub-contracted to competent suppliers.
 
Our company is ISO***1 :***8 registred.
 
As a matter of fact, 2 of our owners are experienced metallurgical engineers that spent together more than *6 years working in foundries. We will support you on all technical aspects (alloys, proper design to make a better casting, mechanical properties, etc.) so the parts we supply meet your specific requirements.
