SRC Full Automatic Chocolate Injection Line is manufactured in
varying depositor types and quantities as per your order.
The standard production line comprises;
-Mold heating tunnel,
-Chocolate depositor,
-Hazelnut apparatus,
-One Shot Depositor,
-Depositor mixer
-Multi-layer cooling tunnel.
The leverages are driven by control rods powered by a servo motor. The control rod directly drives the leverages without any power loss in transfer. The intensity adjustable vibration unit takes the bubbles within product out and provides easy spanning of the product in the molds. After filling in processes, the molds are transferred into multi-layer cooling tunnel and then they are ready for packing.
The molds that are reversed back at main drum are hammered for taking the product out of mold and then the molds are reversed back into heating tunnel for new production. Hence, the production line automatically runs with continuing processes.
The temperature of the mold heating tunnel, the capacity of the machine, the weight of each product, the rates of chocolate and the fill in materials, the temperatures of the depositors, the rates of vibrators, mold handling unit, mold wrenching unit, the number of mold hammering, and the temperature of the cooling tunnel may be driven by using the PLC screen of the machine.
