2.1 This service could provide the clients with almost true information and more correct investment decisions.

2.2 This service usually can be divided into the following four kinds:

Financial due diligence: to entrust expert accounting firms with the analysis of financial statement of the target company to get to know the profitability of the company and to audit the reliability of the financial statement.
