DESCRIPTION
It is generated by Quartz sand and petroleum coke or anthracite
through Electric Resistance Furnace under the high temperature. It
is black opaque body hexagonal crytal and Mo-Hardness is 9.***9.5,
which is after Diamond and Boron Carbide with fragile and sharp
performance and a certain degree of conductive electric and
heat.

Physical properties of sic is: Hardness, High
temperature-resistant, Abrasion, Corrosion, Radiation resistant
with good Electric and Heat conductivity.

Sic is widely used in the fields of Abrasive, Grinding, Metallurgy,
Refractory, Ceramics, Petroleum, Chemical, Microelectronics,
Automobile and Aerospace and so on.

7. Lining of Electric tank of Electrolytic Aluminum or total tank
body made by sic.
8. Silicon carbide ceramics is made by high quality sic fine
powder,firing several wearproof, acid- resisting and high
temperature resistance parts.
9. Filling up material for high way and airport runway to make road
surface skidding resistance and wear meanwhile improving using
age.
