Stablizer
The stabilizers have three types according
to their body/mandrel:
1) Intergral stabilizers
2) Intergral  Mandrel Sleeve Stabilizers
3) Two Piece Mandrel Sleeve Stabilizers
  The body (or mandrel) is made of modified alloy steel. Then fully heat treated. So their quality,strength,hardness,impact strength are gaged to API spec 7 standard.
  Connections are gaged to API standards. Connections are phosphatized or plated copper. Coated and equipped with thread protectors.
  Three Spiral Blades are on the body or sleeve(also four blade or straight blade according to user orders).
  The working surface has four kind of hardfacing.1)Type tungsten carbide inserts(button type). 2)Type trapezoidal tungsten carbide inserts held in a sintered carbide nickel bronze matrix. 3)Type rectangle tungsten carbide inserts by brazing. 4) Type Crushed tungsten carbide held in a nickel bronze matrix.(Type surface bead welding abrasive welding rod).Â
