The products is made of knitted fiberglass fabric or polyester fabricimpregnated with water-activated polyurethaneresin.
Ansen Cast has many advantages comparing with traditional plastercast:lightweight, high strength,X-ray radiolucent andair-permeability. Also cast removal generatesdust which is lower in quantity and larger in particle size than thedust generated upon removal of a plaster cast.
Ansen Cast is intended for use in the construction of most commonorthopedic casts.
It ismainly used for the external fixation of fracture or sprain to make the boneheal in the orthopedics, plastic surgery and general surgery.
Precautions
1. Theoperator should wear gloves to avoid the polyurethane touching and adhering theskin. When the operator is stuck by resin,please wipe it out with cotton swab with acetone.
2. Check bagwithout any breakage. Exposure to moisture or water initiates a chemicalreaction that causes the roll to harden. Do not use the roll that feels hard.
3. Open onebag at one time and use the cast immediately. Don\'t open multi-bags at the sametime, so that to avoid weakening the strength.
4. Ansen Castshould be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated atmosphere. The propertemperature is ****0℃ and the humidity should be less thanRH*0%.
5. Allapplications of these casts should be followed according to instructions ofdoctors or qualified medical professionals. 
6. Productiondate is marked on bag. The shelf life is 3 years from the date of production.
