Description

Alluvial tin ore is usually sand mixed with gravels(****0%). The tin granules is not even with some coarse granules of *0mm amd *0% of *****0 meshes. Most of tin is together with coenobium, and further milling will be needed to improve the tin grade.

The processing line for alluvial tin ore screening-jigging gravity separation-milling-shaking table sepration. Vibration screen is used to remove the big gravels over *0 mm. *6mm ores will be put into the jigger for jigging separation while ***0 mm ores will be put into impact crushers before second jigging. The concentrate from jigger covers simple tin and tin with impurities. In this situation, milling will be needed to liberate tin from impurities. And the liberated mixture will go for shaking table for further enrichment.

Similar to separation of alluvial gold ore, rough gravity separation is needed after screening to remove the gravels. Rough separation equipment is mainly jigger with high recovery rate and large treatment capacity. Concentrate from jigger needs further milling to liberate the tin granules, and then shaking tbale will help to get tin concentrate of higher grade while the tailings from jigger can be used as dinas aggregate.
