Description

Corn juice is the beverage that produced by milk and ripe sweet corn as the raw material. The line gets the process of extracting juice, degassing, homogenizing, sealing, sterilizing, etc and then adds water, sugar, and acidity to blend. It contains all nutrient ingredients. Sweet corn contains vitamin, aminophenol and mineral,etc. Corn juice looks in lacte or a little yellow. The corn organization is distributed evenly in the juice without delamination and impurity. It has cleaning flavor. It is a ideal new natual drinking.

Working Characteristics of Corn Juice Production Line :

  • Raw material selection and pre-processing
  • The raw material should choose fresh,plump corn and golden yellow in color. Check it no pest and no rotten. To remove the husk and wash it with water and then beat the juice from fresh niblets.
  • The fresh slurry is diluted and filted by **0 mesh gauze. The filted juice is feeded into a tank. (Attention to control water consumption)
  • The stabilizer is mixed with sugar and slowly put into warm water for liquifying in heat under continuous mxiing. Add some corn slurry in it according to a centain concentration and boil it. And then add some additives.
  • The juice is homogenated and add prepared fixing in high pressure homogenating machine. So the organization is uniform and dedicate, avoiding stratification precipitation.
  • The juice is bottled and caped. And then sterilized by high temperature. The sterilization condition is **1 centigrade for *0 mins and then remove to cool quickly to normal temperature.
