 Our potato chip production line uses fresh potatoes as raw material and adopts the working procedures of rinsing, peeling, cutting into pieces, deep frying, flavoring, etc. To produce **0mm-width, fragrant, crisp and tasted and high quality natural potato chips. It is fully automatic stream production line capable of completing the whole producing process, reaches the internationally advanced technology level, fully realizes the automatic production and is unmanned. The rinsing-heating tank is directly heated by boiler steam. During the processing, the potatoes are rinsed and heated while water is changed. After rinsing and heating, the potatoes are transferred to a vibrating screen by a mesh belt, are drained by vibration while air blowing and then enter the deep frying streamline. After deep frying, the potatoes undergo air blowing, oil drainage and cooling and the enter th automatic agitator.
