2.1 Working principle:
PETROXY gasoline cutting machine first transfer liquid gasoline into gaseous gasoline, then combined with oxygen to produce high temperature gas flame. The gas flame(preheating flame) first heats the metal surface to a temperature which can make the metal burn in oxygen(for carbon steel, this temperature is round ***0~***0?), and it is at activated state. Then high purity, fast speed oxygen is sent out, it strongly oxidizes with iron in the metal plate, getting regulus and discharging massive heat. Using this reacting heat and regulus, metal plate lower layer and cutting edge is constantly heated, burning point is also reached until the end of metal plate. At the same time, the kinetic energy of cutting oxygen flow blows away the regulus from cutting edge, forming cutting line and the metal plate is separated.
