Kindly be note that we having our procedures regarding any
commodity deal, which is certified and approved by ICC, we can
summarize our procedure for you as follows:
1. Buyer/ His Mandate have to issue Soft Offer Request Letter;
where the Buyer/mandate state the following:
a. The total targeted quantity.
b. Monthly Trench/ or Spot Deal. (CIF or FOB)
c. Delivery destination.
d. Suggested payment method (if any).
e. Any other requests (if any).
NOTE: the Soft Offer Request
Letter does not put any legal commitment on the Buyer to buy or
accept the offer.
2. Upon the receipt of the Soft Offer Request Letter; we will make
sure that there is real buyer, and to deliver his requirement
officially to the Seller so we can tailor the offer according to
the Buyers request.
3. Then; we will provide the Offer officially to the Buyer, discuss
it with the Buyer and negotiate it (if required).
4. Upon the acceptance of the offer by the Buyer, then we would be
able to move to the next steps.
This our procedure for the commodities requests (including
Chicken); if this is accepted by you; then we can proceed. We are
working in favor of both deal parties; we verify the Buyer and the
Seller. We are against the idea of spreading our offers around in
cyber.
