Xanthan gum is produced by
fermentation of carbohydrate with xanthanomonas campestris.It is
used as stabilizer and thickener, suspending agent, bodying agent
or foam enhancer in various applications like food, pet foods,
personnel care, pharmaceutical and industrial fields, etc.
