Process:
1. A glue preheating, make it watery(first time vacuumize)
2. weight ratio(A:B) is 4:1, then mix(second time vacuumize)
3. the adhesive drip the products(third time vacuumize)
4. bake about 1.5 to 2 hours under *5 to *0 degree( first time
heating)
5. bake about 1.5 to 2 hpurs under *0 degree.( second time
heating)
Remark:
master the accurate proportion, the product mix the weight ratio of
4:1,
