Description

A study of the effects of avocado Mexico by experts showed that avocado contains a lot ofnutrients, very beneficial to human health. Especially for people who are obese or dietingphase. 

*5 volunteers who ate avocados continuously for 1 week and then the test results show that levels of harmful cholesterol in their blood were significantly reduced, averaging about*7%. 

It is because of avocados contain lots of beta - sitosterol, this means lipoprotein andtriglyceride levels (fats harmful component) is reduced, and they barely threatened by the risk of stroke or cardiovascular disease.
