The warranty period is 5 years for induction lamps. The warranty period begin from the date of delivery. If there is special requirement (such as dimming, sensor function, emergency function), the warranty period is subjected to the agreed valid order.
II. Backup
For each order, Dongxing provide 1% spare parts (electronic ballasts) to customers as maintenance backup.  Â
