*-Traditional refractories have numerous pores. Silica Fume can
fill the pores, improve the bulk density and reduce porosity, and
then strength is enhanced obviously.
*-Silica Fume have strong activity, it can be colloidal particles
with water. Adding appropriate amount of dispersant, it can help
improving mobility and pouring performance.
*-Silica Fume can react with water to —Si-OH, it is with high
hydrophilic active. It can enhance the cohesion of refractories and
improve the high temperature performance. Besides, it can extend
the refractories life.
*-Silica Fume instead of purity aluminum oxidation mud for
refractories and then save much cost.
Besides, Silica Fume is used in painting, coating, resin, rubber or
another high polymer material
