• Final arrival of destination port : Cargo will receive in to destination with maximum *4 to *5 days after receipt and Acceptance of the operative RDLC by our bank and receipt of the Swift transfer TT (MT**3) as per the following payment terms ( depends of destination ).

Yard and port visit : Yard and port visit is only possible after the buyer have signing the contract and open all payment or have open deposit per Swift transfer of one shipment.

Payment terms :

R. D. L. C. **0 % at sight against documents :

Irrevocable, transferable, divisible, Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit, payable **0% at sight against Ocean Bill of Lading, commercial Invoice, and SGS or similar certificate, issued or confirmed of one the top *0 prime World Bank, within 5 days after the contract signing.

B.G. (Bank Guarantee) as follows :

Opening by the purchaser after the signing of the contract a Irrevocable Bank Guarantee, to a value of 2 months of delivery, open of *3 months duration, that it releases immediately on the first request in the event of non-payment or to late payment of one invoice. The bank guarantee will be automatically deleted after the *3 months if no payment has been incident. The Goods invoice maybe paid all months by Swift transfer TT (MT**3) maximum 2 days after receipt of Bill of lading and SGS or similar certificat.

S.B.L.C. (Stand by Letter of Credit) as follows :

Opening by the purchaser after the signing of the contract a Stand by letter of credit, to a value of 2 months of delivery, open for a duration of *3 months. that it releases immediately on the first request in the event of non-payment or to late payment of one invoice. The Stand by Letter of credit will be automatically deleted after the *3 months if no payment has been incident. The Goods invoice maybe paid all months by Swift transfer TT (MT**3) maximum 2 days after receipt of Bill of lading and SGS or similar certificat.

Procedures :

1. Seller send offer to Buyer.
2. Buyer send to Seller per Email one L.O. I and B.C. L. open of the name « Gold Mining Invest Ltd ».
3. Seller send to Buyer Contract, buyer sign the contract and send back one copie to seller per Email and 2 originals sign per DHL.
4. Buyer open the payment he have chosen.
5. Seller send after reception the original contract sign to buyer and start with loading after reception of the payment.

After receipt of the seller offer, Buyer issue L.O.I. on Corporate Letterhead and B.C.L. (Bank Comfort Letter) of the Bank Corporate Letterhead of the name of our company
