Stock Paste
Preparation: Put SAT*7 into water with particular ratio, stir
with high speed for 1~2h until the stock becomes homogeneous. Mix
stock with dye solution according to
requirements. When dealing with polyester and blended fabrics
printing using disperse dye, non-volatile organic acids can be used
to adjust the pH to 5.0~5.5. Also this thickener can be used in the
stannouschloride or alkali discharge
printing. Note: If original paste is not homogeneous or it does
not disperse fully or the viscosity does not reach the max value,
please do not add any preservatives or acid
materials.
