Linear vibrating screen and particle and grain grader is driven by
dual vibration motors, when the two vibration motors do
synchronization and reversed rotation, exciting force generated by
its eccentric, and offset each other in the parallel direction to
the axis of the motor, in the perpendicular direction to the motors
axis it composite the resultant force, and therefore the trajectory
of the material on the screening surface is a straight
line.
The two-motor’s axis relative to the screen surface has a dip,
depend on the resultant force of the exciting force and material
self-gravity, the screen surface material is tossed and leaps
forward in a straight direction, and loose through the screen mesh
