 The processing procedure of the PET recycling machine is as following:

 Conveying raw material→Label scraper→Manual separation table→Belt conveyor→Crushing with water→ Screw conveyor→Floating washer→Screw conveyor →High speed friction washer→Screw conveyor→Hot washer →Screw conveyor →Floating washer→Screw conveyor→Vertical dewatering machine→Wind label remover→Drying system→Storage hopper

 Main Processes:

 1) We use the label scraping machine and label separator to remove the labels,and the metal detector will remove the metals in the material.

2) With the floating washer,the pet flakes will sink into the water,while the pp caps will float on the water,you can remove them from the flakes and recycle them separately.Finally,the rate of labels will be less than 1%.

 3With ***0rpm high speed rotating,the high speed friction washer is able to clean the oil 

on the flakes,and steam washer will heat the water,to make the material cleaned perfectly.

 4)ur dewatering machine is designed by Germany,more effecient than others,and with 

the heater and heating pipe,the moisture of final products will be less than 2 per cent.
