4. Seller issue DTA and Farm Tank Receipt to Buyer for test DIP executed
5. Buyer pay **0% directly after the vessel is loaded (after DIP test executed)
6. Seller Transfer title ownership Documents and Product to buyer.
7. Seller and Buyer Pay Commission to all Parties against IMPA agreement.
