This kind of honey has more healthy enzymes and without any kind of antibiotics or other additives. The acacia honey has slow crystallized processec. because of the high F/G ratio. The crystallized time is about 2 years. The Acacia honey has nice taste and typical smell of Acacia tree. The honey is liquid.
