2. Inspection:
By an Independent Inspection Company in Vietnam for weight, quantity and quality of the
cargo. The result of the shipped weight, quantity and quality is issued by this company at
port of loading to be final for both parties.
3. Packing:
- Ability to be packed into *0 kgs PP bags (or as per other requirement).
- The bags can be loaded onto vessel or stuffed at total *5 MT into one *0ft container
4. Payment:
- *0% at order by T/T in advance, *0% remaining payment by T/T right after receiving the
copy of B/L by fax or email.

5. Shipment time: within *5 days upon receipt of Buyer’s Deposit or L/C.
6. Documents for payment: As per the requirement of destination. In common, they are:
(1) Commercial Invoice

(4) Cert. of Quantity, Weight and Quality
(5) Certificate of Origin
(6) Fumigation Certificate
(7) Phytosanitary Certificate
(8) Insurance Policy (if CIF)

8. Validity: This offer is valid within 7 days and subject to our final confirmation.
