1.Check the USB connection. Also, try changing USB PORTS.
 2.Check battery installation. Also check the battery power of each device. On the mouse bottom, slide the On/Off switch right to turn on the mouse. There is no need to slid the On/Off switch for keyboard because there is no switch for it.
 3. Are you experienceing slow or jerky cursor movement? You can adjust the DPI key on the mouse.
 4. Is the keyboard turn on? It is not the same as others with an On/Off switch. However, how to use to setup? You just press ESC along with Q or W(there are 2 versions for keyboard), your keyboard is now ready for use.
