The roll lathe is a plc roll lathes mianly employed to the turning processing work for cast iron, steel and Non-ferrous metal rolls. Using high speed iron steel, tungsten-carbide or other material cutters, the roll machines is able to do turning and repairing process for rolls’external cylinder, head face, complex groove face and curved surface.This machine can also process cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metal shafts of similar size and weight with rolls.
This machine mainly consists of bed,
headstock, tailstock, cutter holder, hydraulic system, PLC
electrical cabinet, wire holder.
Jiesheng roll lathe adopts high accurancy and radial clearance of
the double row short cylindrical roller bearings as machine’s
spindle bearings to ensure lathe’s excellet rigidity, stablity
and accuracy.
