The description of Heat pipe:
1.Inner tank:Food Grade Stainless Steel SUS****2B
2.Outer tank:galvanized steel and thickness 0.4mm    
3. Frame :galvanized steel and thickness 1.2mm , *5 degree 
4.Heat insulating layer: polyurethane foaming(PU foaming).
5.Heat pipe: straight copper pipe dia 8mm x length *8mm,  condenser is dia *4m
6.Anti-freezing, can be use all year round in cold climate >**5 degree and daily efficiency:≥*5% (≥*2% in winter) and the temperatur above **0 Celsius      Degree
7.Working pressure:6 Bar. 
8.Temperature tolerance :from **5degree centigrade to **6degree centigrade.
 
9.Structure of tank: with  inlet and outlet, we offer electric heater, Mag Rod  and some tubes are free of charge

Working Principle

1. This system uses the thermosiphon principle, Solar vacuum tube is pluged into the bottom of water tank;
2. The water is filled inside the solar vacuum tube, Solar vacuum tube transmit solar energy to heat energy;
3. The temperature of water inside solar vacuum tube is rising, As the thermosiphon principle;
4. The hot water rise up, and arrive in the water tank, the cold water inside the water tank go down the solar vacuum tube,
So the system runs by this circulation way until the water become very hot.  It\'s a green product.
