Characteristic.  
1.The system designed with automatic control system , use the traditional PID control system applies the temperature control system and apply the  thyristor technology on the power control system,by switching to the temperature and power control system , the temperature of the furnace could be easily regulated and stabilized.The method is optmimized on Britain FTT  noninflammability furnace,the system could automatically switch PID control to power control and fully comply the test standard
2.Heating the radiation furnace to **0±5 ℃ by resistance tape,use the thermal radiation to test the samples
3.thermocouple is installed inside the furnace,in the center and on the surface of the sample, monitor the real-tmie temperature of those position the system could calculate the average temperature rise inside the furnace ,the center point and on the surface of the test samples
4.with the thermocouple inside the furnace,the system could calibrate the temperature according to the test standard,also with the dedicated tooling bracket,the height of  thermocouple could change according to the test requirement,also the system could calibrate the wall temperature inside the furnace
5.According to the test standard,the furnace installed  the stainless steel air turbulators and  cylinder air guide hood
6.Temperature rising rate is controlled by the software,the temperature inside the furnace could be control gradually,this is method could increase the service life of the device
7.With Data Acquisition and Analysis Software,the computer could ouput the test result.
