Description:
       NZ0130 transparent liquid silicone rubber is a two-part addition cured silicone specifically designed for injection molding(LIM silicone molding) , which can be fully automatically injection molded by LSR silicone molding machine, without secondary processing. 
 
Characteristics:
      1- The LSR silicone is supplied as a two-part kit (component A and component B), with equal portions of 1:1.
      Its  operation is very easy to handle and very ideal for producing parts in large volumes, with low unit costs
      but high quality product.
      2- Low compression set, great stability and ability to resist extreme temperatures of heat and cold.
      3- Excellent tear strength (≥35KN/m), High transparency, almost non shrinkage, Good resilience,
      Anti-yellowing
      4- Good heat stability and weatherability ( temperature resistant range of -60°C to 250°C)
      5- Comply with USA CFR21.Part.177.2600 and Chapter 4.9 Test Standards for Volatile Compound of
      EN14350-2 and EU RoHS Standard.
      6-FDA approval.

Applications:
        NZ0130 transparent injection molding liquid silicone rubber are mainly used for fabricating components, medical devices and parts, baby care products (Baby nipples, pacifier, toothbrush, etc ), molding for cake of all size, household products and other food grade and medical grade and healthcare grade objects, silicone fiber coating, diving device, adult Soother, iPad case, iPhone case, insulation O-ring, and so on.
