Description

Additive for Warm mix asphalt are chemicals which imparts a rheological modification to normal bituminous mixes. Warmmix additives are used to enhance performance of asphaltic pavements with advantages of saving in production cost and reduction in green house gases which are a leading cause of global warming.

Warmmix additives are unique combination of asphalt Antistripping additives, viscosity modifiers, antioxidents, maltens and rheology modifiers. These products when added to hot bitumen at the time of pavement construction, help reduce the temperature of production, laying and compaction upto *0 degree centigrade and provide same degree of compaction and performance as that of hotmixes produced at higher temeratures. The additional advantages offered by Warmmix additives are:

(1) No need to add Antistripping Agents / Additives.
(2) Reduces oxidation and hardening of bitumen under UV radiation.
(3) Provides saving in fuel cost by reducing required temperature of asphalt production.

"WETBONDWMX" is melatable solid flakes type warmmix additive with very low odour. This product is easy to use, convenient to handle (pack: *5 Kgs paper coated LDPE lines HDPE bags) and high in performance.
