Quality Control
   Jinhua Glass has strict internal quality control system, from purchase of raw materials to the end product.  Production standard conform to GB*********9, EN**2 and GOST******1.
•The beginning of quality control start from the raw materials, such as sand, dolomite, limestone, soda ash etc. All the materials are inspected according to  relevant standard. This is a critical procedure. Poor quality materials definately will affect quality of float glass, which is not allowed in Jinhua Glass.
•The moisture and granularity of raw materials are carefully tested before mixing process.
•Temperature of glass batch is automatically controlled by comptuter.
•We use the most advanced online inspection equipment to ensure the quality of float glass, float glass sheet with defects will be broken automatically and transported to the furnace as raw material.
•We have imported glass cutting machines and stackers,  the glass are nicely packed in wooden crates, which is most suitable for ocean transport.
