Description

PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric Tape is made from fiberglass fabric base material impregnated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene),dispersion and then sintered. Single surface is treated and coated with high temperature resistance silicone adhesive. It can be supplied as log rolls or slitted tapes. Yellow textured PVC release liner is applied to the adhesive surface for easy application. Self-wound rolls(without liner) are available.

 

Properties:

1.Good holding property at high temperatures working and dimensional stability.

2.Superior mold-releasing and sliding properties.

3.The non-adhesive side exhibits excellent characteristics of polytetrafluoroethylene,such as electrical properties, resistance to heat, weather, chemical, and water (water-shedding), and non-adhesiveness.

 

Applications:

1.For heat-sealing.

2.For heat-resistant masking.

3.For heat-resistant electrical insulation.
