PROCEDURES
1. Buyer sends ICPO along with company profile or company
certificate with buyer international passport scan copy for end
sellers verification before supply approval, seller responds with
FCO.
2. Buyer sends copy of BCL issued by buyer bank for Seller
confident buyer have the funds for purchasing the product. Seller
will revert with Draft Contract address to Buyer Company
3. Buyer signs the each page of full Draft contract return to
Seller
4. Seller registers and legalized the full Draft Contract to the
Russian ministry and send a copy of registered and legalized Draft
Contract to the Buyer company
5. Seller issue listed partial POP to buyer Bank or office address
through government secure courier service:
A. Certificate of Origin of the product B.
Company Registration C. Statement of Product
Availability
D. Export License E. Commitment to produce the
product F. Attestation of allocation
certificate
6. Upon the confirmation of the above listed partial POP by buyer,
within 2 to 3 working days Buyer Bank swift any of the listed,
stand by Letter of Credit (SBLC Conditional), (DLC) MT**9 Block
Found, MT**3/*3, MT**0, MT**0 for the total cost of the
product.
7. After confirmation of the buyer payment instrument, Seller will
issues to Buyers bank the full shipment documents proof of Product
(POP) Plus 2% Performance Bond via swift bank to bank upon
acceptance of buyers payment instrument (SBLC) or (DLC) covering
the first trial shipment by seller.
8. The SGS inspection will be borne by the Seller at the loading
seaport and Buyer at the unloading seaport.
9. Shipment commences as per contract.
*0. Buyers bank, upon arrival of the cargo at the discharge port,
payment will be made for the product by the buyer via L/C
Letter Of Credit **0% after SGS Inspection at Discharge port.
*1. Seller will release payments to the intermediaries involved
within *8 hours of receiving the payment for the product from the
Buyer\'s bank Signed.
If these terms are acceptable, kindly provide to issue your LOI +
CP or ICPO directly.
The price is valid one week and can change without notice if the
buyer does not confirm the order within the date of expiration of
this SCO.
