Testing DC resistance of transformer
winding is very important testing item, in (Electric equipment
testing regulation), it ranks at number 2 out of all transformer
testing items, (regulation) defines that transformer
replacementã€big repair, slight repair, change joint location,
error examination and pre-test and so on, must test DC resistance
of transformer winding. The purpose is:
â‘ check the weld
quality of wire and down-lead inside winding,
â‘¡check if conjunction is
good on each location of sub-switch,
â‘¢check if winding or
down-lead have broken trace or not,
â‘£check the correctness of
parallel branch, if have one or many broken locations of several
parallel wires-wound windings.
⑤check if have bridge
phenomenon during layers, windings.
