ZS**1 product is designed and dedicated for oil acid value testing instrument. The product integrates IC controller, light, motor, electrical, chemical in on, fully instead of manual operation, improve work efficiency, release working strength, maximum reduce the harm to operator from organic solvent and chemical solvent.

ZS series acid value tester adopt neutralization theory, use IC to control liquid adding, titration, stir , judgment of titration end point , LCD shows the test result and output printing, only takes about 2 minutes for whole test process, and show *5 sets test data.

Use special designed reagent bottle to store extract liquid and neutralization liquid. It is not exposed to the air to avoid solvent evaporation, operator no need to touch solvent.

We can design 1~3 samples test based on special requirement from customers.
