We, work directly with End Seller in USA, with full legal corporate authority and under penalty and perjury, hereby confirm our interest and that we are ready, willing and able to Sale the products as described below and enter into Sales and Purchase Agreement with the Buyer. 1) COMMODITIES: D2, JP *4, Crude Oil. (Also we can supply Bonnie Lite but the Buyer does not buy and take over the ship until it arrives in Rotterdam, after the Buyers inspection, once payment is made then Buyer owns the ship load of Bonnie and he tells the captain where he wants it, as he is then the owner). 2) PAYMENT TERMS: Clean SBLC & NO performance Bond. 3) CONTRACT PERIOD: Seller can supply Spot and Monthly for Long Term Contracts with Rolls and Extensions against the aforementioned Bank Instrument. 4) PRICES It is the Bonnie out of Rotterdam, the rest Seller can supply from Houston Terminal Texas on FOB & CIF. Prices are based upon receipt of a real LOI on Buyer Letter Head; no prices will be given out up front against nothing. 5) DELIVERY TIME AND INSPECTION BY SGS OR SIMILAR: As agreed between Buyer and Seller 6) TRANSACTION PROCEDURE CAN BE OF SELLER OR BUYER: The Buyer has to send in a LOI with his requirement for each separate Oil product; the Oil Company against each requirement will base the Procedure around that LOI. The Buyer will supply a copy of the verbiage of the SBLC against the bank they will be using. What size ship does he use?
