Description

Tabular alumina is a pure sintered alpha corundum material which is sintering at a very fast speed under the temperature of ***0℃ with very high density. Tabular Alumina has approximately **0μm with the development of adequate hexagonal plate alpha corundum crystals. Tabular alumina has a very excellent thermal volume stability and thermal shock resistance because of its special micro structure: low porosity, big crystal, closed spherical hole caused by fast sintering. Tabular alumina has a very high heat resistance, strong mechanical strength, high abrasion resistance, high chemical pureness, excellent insulating properties, anti acid and sodium corrosion. Tabular alumina is the first choice for monolithic and shaped refractory worked as fine aggregate which is widely used in steel-making industry, foundry, petrochemical, ceramic industry. Grated tabular alumina is the ideal high grade raw material for refractory.
