4. Production process:
Stage 1: Medicine treatment to the sheep gut pancreas, immersed in sodium hydroxide and detergent solution.
(use Water tank,Acrylic table,Plastic basinClips )
Stage 2: Break the sheep gut.(use Bowel-breaker and related tools)
Stage 3: Medicine treatment again, immersed in aluminum sulfate solution first than immersed in Hydrogen peroxide solution.
Stage 4: Scrape the gut.(use Intestines scraper)
Stage 5: Medicine treatment again,immersed in food alkali solution.
Stage 6: Combine strand of the gut.(use Stranding machine)
Stage 7: airing the gut(use The shelf)
Stage 8: Chemical examination for  the chromium(use Small laboratory)
Stage 9: Cut the gut(manually cut the gut according to the required length)
Stage*0: Measure the diameter of catgut(use Micrometer)
Stage *1: Polish(use Polishing machine)
Stage *2: Needle-suture connection(use Press-needle machine and mold)
