• 1). The LESSEE Sends Deed Of Agreement (DOA/LOI) to the LESSOR that contains copies of the following documents:
  II. Companys Board Resolution
  IV. Irrevocable Master Fee Payment Agreement (IMFPA)
  2). This DOA/ LOI automatically becomes a full commercial non-‐ recourse contract to be executed and lodged with their respective banks when the LESSOR Countersigns this DOA/ LOI and returns to LESSEE with all the following documents
  II. Clients Information Sheet (CIS)
  
  
  Bank Letter delivered via Secured Bank email to the LESSEES Bank officers secured email
  4) Within Two (2) Bank Days, LESSEEs banks will SWIFT MT**9 ICBPO covering xxxxxxxx
  5) Within two (2) banking days upon satisfactory verification and authentication of Swift
  the LESSEEs bank.
  
  
  7) Within 5 banking days after receiving the payment, Hard copy will be sent to LESSEEs bank by bank-‐bonded courier.
