Description
Functions:
1. Arrange the assemblies of front and back door according to the
basic position and fully demonstrate the structure and working
principle of assembly system of front and back door.
Logically put the control computer, anti-theft computer and
combination witch on the corresponding positions of basic circuit
and fully demonstrate various assemblies so as to help trainees
visually understand the structure and working principle of various
assemblies.
2. Through system switches, power connection can demonstrate the
following original procedure:
(1)Composition and working procedure of real anti-theft system.
(2)Structural composition and working principle of real central
door locking.
(3)Structural composition and working principle of real power
window.
(4)Multi-direction adjustment function of real rear vision
mirror.
(5)Triggering and clearing of real anti-theft alarm.
Through real dynamic demonstration, trainees can visually
understand the structure and working principle of central door
locking, power window, anti-theft and power mirror.
3. Composite structure drawings and circuit working principle
diagrams of each related system units are designed visually and the
demonstration board is installed with one-to-one inspection
terminals. Real-time working condition inspection, measurement of
signal parameters covering voltage, resistance valve, current and
frequency and reading of data stream and fault code can be
conducted through inspection meters.
4. There are dedicated fault setting and fault clearing areas and
intelligentized fault setting system. This fault setting system
should conform to the requirements below:
(1)It can set up to *8 individual faults and provides such three
functions as circuit connection and disconnection, virtual
connection and short circuit fault.
(2)It is equipped with independent packaged data communication for
the ease of maintenance and related examination.
(3)The four-in-one design is an exclusive adoption which can be
separately disassembled for classroom demonstration teaching. All
supporting assemblies are equipped with mating terminals which can
make efficient use of training time.
