Description
Based on a real Sagitar engine which can operate in all modes such
as start, acceleration and deceleration, it visually demonstrates
the operating conditions of engine transmission. The testing
equipment and meters can test the resistance, voltage, frequency,
pulse width and duty ratio. Variation of parameters such as engine
speed, injection pressure and intake manifold pressure can be
displayed in real time. The computer diagnostic tool can be applied
to perform ECU code query, fault code and data stream reading,
waveform analysis and executive component test.
This system is equipped with an automatic audible and visual alarm
system to avoid long-time inability to start due to not discovering
the empty tank after the fuel runs out, as well as to avoid damage
to the fuel pump due to unknown cause.
Fault setting and examination function:
There is a dedicated fault setting and clearing area, with
integrated circuit board applied in fault setting. The fault setter
of integrated circuit applies **-way high current and a dedicated
fault setting and clearing area, with the fault setting system
intelligentized. This fault setting system is designed as
follows:
(1)Up to *0 individual faults or nearly thousand compound faults
can be set, with three functions closed and open circuit, virtual
connection, and short circuit faults.
(2)Functions such as fault presetting, permanent saving, and
password locking are available.
(3)Communication Data are separately enveloped for the convenience
of maintenance and related examination.
