communication with the SPA:
BLCO TTO VESSEL IN CHINA WATERS
1. Seller issues SPA
2. Buyer returns the signed Contract-SPA
3. Buyer Swift MT Logistic Fee of $**0,**0 in favor of
seller
4. Seller Confirm the Swift Payment
5. Buyer send NOR/ ETA/ATB format
6. Sellers Captain issues marine NOR/ETA/ATB
7. Q &Q conducted by both buyers Inspectors &
Supercargo
8. Buyer Pay/SWIFT MT***3

OR
1.1 Seller submits Contract for sale of Nigerian Bonny Light Crude
Oil (BLCO) EX-TANKS
1.2 Buyer raises MT **3/*3 OR MT**3/*2 USD to cover cost of cargo
to the Seller
1.3 Seller issues a fresh Tank storage receipt (TSR) and DTA 2mil
bbl. first trial shipment to Buyer, and Nigerian National Petroleum
Corporation Terminal Operators/Managers of the tank farm formal
written explicit permission for Buyer to engage with Terminal
Operators to undertake lifting activities.
1.4 The Buyer within 2 working days will conclude the
inspection through mutually agreed inspections company i.e. SGS,
CIQ, GEOCHEM etc. or acceptable equivalent.
1.5 Upon successful lift, completion and verification of
product and receipt of Q&Q analysis report, the Buyer places an
MT**3 payment to seller nominated account within 3 days via TT by
bank to bank.
1.6 All title documents are transferred into the Buyers name.
1.7 The parties negotiate terms and place revolving instrument
BG/SBLC/ for future lifts
