Process Of Producing Bamboo Poles

Process 1: Cut Down and make the bamboo straight
     After cutting down and moved bamboo to the preliminary zone. We make bamboo tree straight then we clean to have clear surface.

Process 2: Split the bamboo tree
     Cut bamboo tubes according to the size, classify each bamboo size by machine at the primary processing plant.
Followed by stages split bamboo tube by semiautomatic machine in order to the bamboo tubes have same dimensions for saving raw materials.
     After materials is classified on the principles as long / short / thin / thickness. Bamboo tubes will be transferred to the next production processes.

Process 3: Parboil the Bamboo
We parboil bamboo in time from 90 to 120 minutes at a temperature of 92 degrees Celsius to preserve the stability of bamboos color, eliminate starch in bamboo to minimize the bite of insects out, allowing the preservation of better materials. The next step will depend on purpose of using as:
-If bamboo poles are used for agriculture, construction: we will add some safe chemicals to avoid mildew. Especially, the thickness of bamboo meat is 1.5cm up to . With these thicknesses, bamboo poles are very strong and suitable for construction.
-If bamboo poles are used for decoration, furniture: we will dry with sulfur to avoid mildew.

Process 4: Choose and packing
      Good Bamboo poles will be choosed by hand . Then, they will be packed in bundles which contains from 50pcs to 1000pcs (depend on the size of poles). Beside, it can be required by customer.

+TT 30% deposit / 70% after receiving fax / copy of Bill.

-Packing:
+ 50pcs to 1000pcs/package, covered by woven bag, PP bag etc
+ 1x20\'FCl can contain 19,000pcs. 1x40\'FCl contain 38,000pcs

-Shipment: By sea, all goods is packed into container 20\'/40\'. Within 15-20 days after receiving your deposit, LC..
