According to European Academy of Andrology(EAA) and European Molecular Genetics Quality Network(EMQN) best practice guidelines for molecular diagnosis of Y-chromosomal microdeletions, the kit was designed in two tubes multiplex PCR florescence amplification in four channel(FAM/VIC/ROX/Cy5),detection the six Sequence Taq Site(STS) microdeletions in AZFa,AZFb,AZFc area, simultaneously setup two gene as internal control, separately as Sex-determining region of the Y chromosome(SRY) and Zinc finger protein ZFX/ZFY, who monitor the whole reaction procedure from sample collection, Nucleic Acid extraction and PCR amplification.
