1) Buyer issue ICPO and Seller Issue C.I. (Commercial Invoice)
2) Buyer Sign C.I. (Commercial Invoice) and return back to
Seller.
3) Buyer Provide to Seller Copy of his Sign Tank Agreement for the
Reception of the petroleum Product from The Pipeline and this tank
agreement must comply with the pipeline injection company logistic
… Note if The buyer tank agreement do not comply the buyer must
provide a tank agreement that comply with the Pipeline injection
company and Seller Issue to Buyer the below l Certificate of origin
of the product , Issued by the Logistics Pipeline Transport
Company.
4) Before the Schedule date for Injection of product, Buyer
Provides Details / Documentation of its Reception
Facilities in Port. Which Include (TANK RECEIPT with TANK BAR
CODE, Tank Clearance -NOR (Notice of
Readiness) of the Tank to Receive the product from the pipeline
system.)
5) Seller Commence Injection of Product into buyer Reception
Facilities in port. KINDLY NOTE:
Upon Completion of Injection of the product, Seller shall
provide to Buyer the below Listed
Documents for buyer Confirmation of Q&Q of the product and
payment. A. SGS or SAYBOLT or
INTERTEK or Similar Laboratory Analysis Report of the Quality of
product (Taken from the Auto Sampler during the Time of Injection
of the Product into the Storage Tanks.) B. PIPELINE INJECTION
REPORT C. Certificate of Conformity of the Product. D. DTA (Dip
Test Authorization.
6) Buyer Make Payment for the Total Value of the product injected
into the Buyer Ex-Shore Tank via MT***-T/T and Simultaneously
Seller Issue to Buyer the Certificate of Ownership of the Product
and all Exportation Document of the product.
7) Buyer Lift the product and Seller Pays all intermediary
Involved in the Transaction.
8) Seller and Buyer Sign the *2 Months Contract Delivery after
Successful Closing of the Trial Shipment.
