1, Lathe bed
welded with thick channel steels and square tubes; Processed by
high temperature tempering treatment and vibrating stress relief
(VSR) to reduce residual stress; Ensure excellent stability, not
easy to be deformed.
2, Eight spindles
can be working synchronously, the distance between every two
spindles can be adjusted. The machine can work on eight work piece
at the same time, also can finish eight perfect engraved crafts at
the same time.
3, Adopting
high-torque Japan-made YASKAWA servo motor and driver, greater
accuracy and stability.
4, The machine
adopts gantry movement, it can process any kinds of materials
freely.XYZ Axises Adopt Taiwan Hiwin Straight square rail , and
Germany ball-screw on Z axis.

compatibility: CAD/DAM designing software e.g. Type
3/Artcam/Castmate/Wentai etc.

function of re-carving after break point and power
